06/21/16 The area we had been fishing recently was no good this morning as a proccession of tankers came through and killed the fishing for a good while. Looked around other areas and found a few fish everywhere but not enough to keep us anywhere. We got good drifting conditions around noon and went back to our original plan and were happy with the fishing we found for the last couple hours of the day and were able to put a catch together. High hook ended up with four keepers. Pat Farley, Point Pleasant, NJ, took the pool with a 7 pound 1 ounce fish. Back at it again tomorrow. See you in the morning.
