Its been mostly the morning trips that have been producing the most keepers.Today was almost the opposite we had a very good drift in the channel for the afternoon trip. Plenty of action and some nice keepers coming over the rail. Just when things were looking up here comes a tanker down the channel and that put a halt to the good fishing. we bounced around and caught a few more keepers and some shorts but it was not like the channel fishing. It aint easy!  Tomorrow they are calling for some afternoon thunderstorms but check the local radar either on your computer or the TV. They were calling for the same weather on Tuesday and the people who did come down, and there weren't many ended up having a vert nice day with the fishing and not a drop of rain was felt either trip. I just found out that my online booking company (ZERVE) is closing up shop Those who bought tickets online for this holiday weekend have no worries, your tickets are good. But i discontinued any new bookings through this company. There are still plenty of spots available for upcoming weekend but I suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.It looks like a beautiful weather Holiday weekend and i expect lots of people wanting to get out and enjoy it .
