Fluke fishing was tough on us Monday. We did see a little better life today with some shorts and a few keepers coming up on both trips. Â We have a tide here running down our beach which might of stalled them from eating. Â Fluke were biting on squid and spearing today. Few anglers caught them on pink feathers as well. Like i said, the condtions were tough but we always give our best. Back at it tomorrow!
We had decent Bluefishing on Sunday and Monday night! Â On Sunday, we picked away at the 1-3lb Blues BUT while we were chumming, we saw some in our slick that were 8-10lbs! Â We never landed any but they were there! Â Monday night, we fished the same area with even better fishing seeing 1-3lb Blues come up along with some Mackerals and a Bonita as well. We did not see any of the bigger fish swimming around though. I got a good feeling that the bigger fish will be here soon!
