As usual we toughed it out today, fighting conditions and tangles till things got right. When the bite turned on, we were there, on the meat!! Some very nice fish including a tie for the pool with June and Milton both landing 6.5 pound Beauties.

John Froelich, Milton and a couple others had their limit on some quality fish. Group of ladies fishing in the bow had 10 nice fish in the cooler along with another 6 plus pounder on the rack today. Charles had the whistle fish at 6 pounds also.

Very good action once the bite turned on, plenty of shorts in the mix, the bait was the hot ticket. Tom the Vet also had three nice fish but lost the fish of the day when he got slammed at the change of tide, couple great head shakes and that baby was history! Will get him tomorrow. My buddy Chris V brought a first time Salt water fishermen out with him today, they put some nice fish in the box and I think I may have a New customer! .....Weather was Hot as well as the fishing!!!

Just a quick note, it was Nice of the competition to offer paying half of my customers fare to come fish with them, but that hasn't been well received and quit frankly, pissed them off.....LOL. More to follow if this continues, Know what I mean?

Bring the weight and heavier rods...at least medium action to handle up to 12 ounces, NO noodle rods unless you want to take pictures all day......Back at it tomorrow.

Thanks for checking in!
