08/03/16 Wind against tide for much of the day once again. We had some keepers first thing this morning before we lost the drift. Once the current changed we fished a new area where the wind helped us by slowing the drift with a strong current. Ended the day with a much better keeper to short ratio than the past few days with some quality fish. Vin Doffont, North Arlington, NJ, took the pool with one of his keepers.
