Atlantic Highlands fluke fishing September 11

Made both morning and afternoon trips again today. On the morning trip we were not able to fish the areas we had fished the past few days due to the wind. We had a strong northwest wind and the drifting conditions were not good. We picked at some shorts but only caught a few keepers.  On the afternoon trip we tried some spots in Raritan Bay where it was more comfortable. We were able to pick at the shorts but only caught a couple of keepers. The big fluke of the day was caught by John (5 3/4 lbs) on the afternoon trip. You can see his picture and some others from today in the gallery so take a look. We are fluke fishing everyday making two trips (8am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm). Looking forward to seeing everyone.
