Welcome to October 1!Â Â Â It is September 1,Â Deja Vu with Mother Nature once again keeping us at the dock due to strong east winds and high seas. Our last Porgy Special trip was on 9/28 where we had almost full buckets of porgies. Catching was best in the ocean, but when the winds picked up and the tide changed, we were forced to retreat inside, where we had a steady pick of big porgies. The catch was good and all anglers went home with plenty of delicious fillets. So 3 DAYS andÂ counting sitting at the dock, Sunday is a SLIGHT possibility and Monday looks like a GO!
