Atlantic Highlands bottom fishing October 20

Made our 3/4 day bottom fishing trip today and it was not as nice as the past few days. We had some easterly wind that made the ocean a little rough. We made two drops and caught fish on both of them. It was only a pick but even with the weather everyone caught fish. The catch was the same with mostly porgies and a few blackfish and plenty of mixed size seabass to throw back. As of now the weather for tomorrow looks ok but Saturday does not. The forecast for Saturday is for gale force winds with gust up to 40 knots. If its going to blow that hard we will not be fishing. So watch the weather and if its going to blow that hard wait for a better day. There are a couple of new pictures in the gallery so take a look. We are bottom fishing everyday (weather permitting ) leaving at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
