THURSDAY) Today we had a charter for Willy and his family for some bottom fishing. We started off on the porgy grounds with nice ones coming up and then the cow nose rays found us. It was a good fight for the kids to the hooks broke or straighten out. The rays finally moved on and the porgys started to chew again with several singles and doubles coming up for the next two hours. The charter wanted to try for some Sea Bass now, so we hit some local wrecks and had to fight through a lot of shorts to get our keepers but we did.

(FRI) This AM we had a charter for Eric and a few friends and they wanted to try for some Tog first. We had a few on the jigs but no great shakes, we did catch a few nice Sea bass there too. The Togging was slow for us so we tried a few drifts for some Fluke managed a bunch of shorts with a keeper. The guys finished off with some porgys and they were coming up at a fast pace with some real jumbos in the mix, we also saw several short Fluke come up on the clam there.
