Good people, rewarding day
August 14, 2017
After a BIG ground swell and FAST drift yesterday, the Monday crew had much better conditions to deal with today with better results. There was only a little swell today which made the fluke more aggressive for the guys and gals who worked both the natural baits as well as the Gulps and/or Spros. Plenty of shorts with quality keepers in the mix. Most had no problem taking home a couple of quality sea bass and a fluke or two. Ken and Melanie, Springfield, NJ, fished hard, as always, and took another pool for their efforts. Back at it tomorrow. See you in the morning.
