It appears that even party boats that shaped up today didn't have enough customers to sail after days of windy weather.  That should all change with a good forecast for Wednesday. In addition to the bottom fishing for sea bass a Surfcasters got back into business today, though waters were still stained after the weekend storm. That condition should be perfect by tomorrow.  Vinnie D'Anton of Wall gave the surf north of Shark River a try, and was disappointed to find his favorite trough had filled in. Yet, he still caught two short stripers up to 24 inches on a Tsunami Sand Eel plus a small fluke -- and saw another angler release a 30-inch bass on a bucktail. The The Golden Eagle from Belmar is making up for their cancelled night bluefish trip this week by adding one more this Saturday night from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.  Surfcasters got back into action toay
