Surfcasters got back into business today, though waters were still stained after the weekend storm. That condition should be perfect by tomorrow. Vinnie D'Anton of Wall gave the surf north of Shark River a try, and was disappointed to find his favorite trough had filled in. Yet, he still caught two short stripers up to 24 inches on a Tsunami Sand Eel plus a small fluke -- and saw another angler release a 30-inch bass on a bucktail.
