Atlantic Highlands bottom fishing November 9

We did not fish yesterday due to the weather but we made our 3/4 day bottom fishing trip today. We went to the area where we had good fishing before yesterdays weather and only caught a few porgies, a lot of shorts seabass and a couple of blackfish. We went offshore a few miles where we caught fish before. The first drop only produced a few keepers and too many short seabass. We made a short move and the fishing was better. We picked at some nice size porgies, some keeper seabass ( still too many shorts) and some blackfish. Over all the fishing was not as good as it has been but everyone caught some fish to take home. Take a look at the gallery and see some new pictures. The forecast for tomorrow is for gale force winds (gusts to 35-40 Knots) so we will not we fishing. The wind is supposed to diminish for Saturday so we will be back fishing. Our schedule will stay the same, 3/4 day bottom fishing for seabass porgies and blackfish leaving at 7:30 and returning  between 2:30 and3pm. Even the blackfish limit is only one we will have green crabs on board. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
