This morning, we came out of the inlet and there were nothing but hundreds of boats trying to fish for stripers. We have never seen so much boat traffic at one time. They pushed all the bunkers out along with the striped bass. We fished from our inlet all the way up to New York with only being able to pick a couple of handfuls of fish. The bunker life and the fish were not there like Saturday. Both boats ended up with around a couple dozen of fish a piece by the end of the day. Overall, it was a very slow day but we tried hard.Â
