2-9-18 Very nice day offshore,,,flat calm....water was very cold though,,,,tide out of the northeast had it 4 degrees colder than last trip...37.5 degrees in the area we fished....With that the fishing was slower as well,,,perch life was dull,,,had a nice keeper blackfish and codfish,,,few shorts of each and some small pollock..one a keeper...Some other exotics but slow day overall,,,water warmed up quite a bit when we took off in another direction at the end of the day so maybe tomorrow we will see that warmer Southeast current and have a better chew....We are fishing tomorrow,,looks like its gonna be a nice day again and we already have guys coming down..I have crabs and clams ready to go...See ya in the morning.few pics..
