JULY 23 Rutgers IPO Dept. headed by William Fox. Great weather conditions after storm Cindy. Light NW winds and a start on the NY side working back to Sandy Hook Bay. The party fished hard but only a few keepers to be had. For the second year in a row Gale Bernard and Anare tie for the pool fish. Thanks gents great time as always see you again in August.
