Today, we looked to the south this morning and had a few blues each drift before we lost the tide. The remainder of the day we fished north of shark river inlet and saw plenty of bunkers with blues and stripers in them. We managed three nice stripers and plenty of bunkers on the beach with fish showing up in them. It looks as though things are starting to take hold and fishing should continue to improve. Our pool winner was Bill Brandt from Englishtown, NJ.
