May 22nd Opening Day of Fluke and Night Blues!

Beautiful day for the opening of Fluke season.  We had some action on some shorts with a few keepers in the mix.  Most were caught on squid and spearing.  Anglers using gulps and spros did not seem to catch as well.  It was better action than what we expected.  We tried different areas through out the day and there were a few pretty much everywhere we went.  The bigger ones just have to wake up and bite.  As the water gets warmer, we should see more fish moving in!

GOOD BLUEFISHING LAST NIGHT!!!

It took a little while to find them but once we got into them, the 8-15lb Blues started coming over the rail.  All fish were caught on bait.  There was a good amount of them so hopefully they will stick around for a while for us to catch.  Back at it tonight!
