August 21st and Weekend Report Fluke and Blues! Sorry for the late report. When the conditions were right we picked right away at some nice size Fluke along with a few Sea Bass as well. Anglers bouncing around gulps and buck tails seemed to do a little better than the anglers using bait. Pool winners averaged between 4-6lbs as well. Some days the morning trip is better and some days the afternoon trip has been better. Plenty of life in our area! Short Fluke kept anglers busy as well. We are looking forward to a good rest of August and September. We are fishing around rough bottom so be sure to bring plenty of tackle with you! We have plenty of sinkers and plain rigs on board. We will be back at it in the morning! We had plenty of action on Friday and Saturday night with lots of Mackerel coming over the rail with some 1-2 pound Blues mixed in. Really hoping to see more Blues show up which they eventually will ! Lots of fun on light tackle! We will be back at it this Friday and Saturday night! Stop by our Facebook page or Instagram page and check out a few photos from the past few days! SAILING EVERY DAY FOR FLUKE! 8AM-12 30PM AND 2PM-6 30PM! SAILING EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT FOR BLUES! 7 30PM-1AM! MOONLIGHT AND FIREWORKS CRUISE EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT LEAVING AT 8PM AND RETURNING HOME AFTER THE FIREWORKS DISPLAY! NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED For more information about any of our trips please give us a call at 732-899-8868 or at 732-496-5383! Capt. Matt Posted on Aug 21 2018 by Matty
