10/6 Fishing Report

We were out on both trips yesterday. The morning we had a very strong west wind that made it tough to feel the bites but some were able to manage catching some keepers and short porgies. We bounced around from drop to drop only to find a few porgies and of course a lot of really nice sea bass. Overall fishing was very slow. The evening trip fishing was no good at all for the porgies and 90% of our catch was sea bass that had to go back. If we were able to keep sea bass this report would sound a lot different. I really don't understand how these guys that make the rules when they don't make any sense at all and its total BS. Well anyway last night was our last evening trip of the year so for the rest of season just day trips til next spring. We will check on the weather for Wed right now looks iffy so ill post update Tuesday afternoon or call then to find out if we are going. Thanks Capt.Mike

PS Also remember we will be sailing OPEN on Columbus Day(Oct 13th) at 7AM.
