1000's of NJ Saltwater Fishing Reports, Dozens of Sources, Maps, Wrecks, Historical Search

Another good bite today!

First drift was hot with Keepers & shorts as we were coming to the end of the tide. Worked it hard then went into search mode once the traffic got there.

Found some beauties in other area's along with Capt. Ron Seniors 7 pounder and several fish in the 3 to 5 pound range. Harry Vogt, Bergen County Anglers took another daily pool with his beauty at 5.4 pounds.

First time family fishermen with us, the Kim's had 4 beauties in the cooler with several customers landing 2 nice fish each. East wind against the tide made the late afternoon fishing a Bitch but we managed to get it done anyway.

Too my firemen buddies who jumped ship at the last minute because they thought we were too crowded, now you know why we had a nice gang .

Medium to Heavier action rods to handle the weight guys!  I know I sound like a broken record every year, but for Christ sake if you want to catch fish, the noodle rods aren't going to make it. Keep it simple like my Dad and you will catch!!!

A "Special" Thank you to Jim for those Cuban cigars, they cost more than the Rod & reel combo that we retrieved for you last week!

CHARTERED FRIDAY & SATURDAY......SUNDAY WE ARE OPEN BOAT IF YOU CAN WAIT!
