Posted on August 19 2019 Weekend Wrap Up August 17th-19th Fluke Blues and Sunday Night Ling! Fluke fishing has improved over the weekend for us. Keepers along with shorts and some good size Sea Bass came up over the rail! Everything seemed to be working bait wise. Gulps bucktails squid spearing all caught fish over the weekend. Pool winners have been averaging between 5-7lbs most trips. Hopefully it keeps up for us and we should see good fishing right through September! We are fishing around rough bottom so be sure to bring plenty of tackle with you! We have plenty of sinkers and plain rigs for sale on board! Dust off the rods and come on down and join us!We picked away at some 1-3lb Blues on both Friday and Saturday night once again. For the amount of Bluefish readings that we saw it should of been super fishing but it was only a pick with shots of them. Friday night was our best night with everyone catching some. A few anglers had limits as well. Saturday night was slower but anglers that worked there baits and fed there lines out did better than others. Hopefully more Blues keep moving in and the bite will only get better. The bigger fish should be showing up soon. Usually by the end of August or the beginning of September the past few years the bigger ones have shown up! We will be giving it our best again this upcoming Friday and Saturday night!LING FISHING REMAINS EXCELLENT!Once again Ling fishing was red hot again tonight with all anglers going home with fresh filets. Most fish were small to medium size with a few large ones in the mix. It s August and they are still biting!!!!!
