Today on the Royal Miss Belmar, we started out east of our inlet just picking a few sea bass and ling. We then moved inshore a couple of miles where we anchored up and we had a full on slaughter with the sea bass! Mostly all were keepers, with some throwbacks, along with some ling. Some had double headers and at times, there were 6-8 on at a time. We also got a handful of flounder! Half way through the day we found schools of albacore that were all over breaking on top and we boated a couple and lost a couple. Fishing was so good today that we were in by 2:00 p.m. Everyone had their limits and some even stopped fishing. It was a great day today!
