Rain is likely in the morning. On Sunday the winds go west at 20-25 knots with gusts to 30 that should flatten the surf for anyone still seeking stripers along the Jersey Shore. The Ocean Explorer from Belmar reported some tog limits Thursday, but some didn’t score with fussy blackfish.
