Saturday morning, we fished up inside the bay and it didn’t produce. We ended up with a handful of fish with no keepers. On the other hand, it was a beautiful day on the ocean and we would like to thank our Veterans for coming out with us!

This morning, it was a full on striper slaughter! We fished just north of our inlet and caught monster stripers up to 35 lbs on anything you threw at them from jigs, to crocs to shads. At times, there were 3-4 on at a time. We ended up with close to 60 keeper stripers with only a handful of throwbacks. Some went home with their limits and their bonus tag. Our pool winner was a 35 lb striper!

* We will begin sailing daily for stripers this Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., weather permitting. Call (732) 681-0030 for reservations. *

Interested in an extra keeper? Get your bonus tag here.
