Loads of action and plenty of keepers. We found our fish yesterday and it did not take long to get plenty of help today. Fished the ocean again and had very good fishing right from the first whistle this morning which continued on each drift pretty much all day. A lot of the keepers were quality fish and there were a few very nice seabass caught as well. Dominick Marcantonio, East Hanover, NJ, took the pool with a 5 pound 7 ounce fish. Sam Ingallinesi, Pompton Lakes, NJ, just missed the pool with a 5 pound 5 ounce fish. Great weather all week so take advantage of the bite!! See you in the morning.

We have already made the recommendation several days ago to bring along a rod capable of handling more than 4 or 5 ounces depending on where we fish. You may or may not need them on any given day. We are making that request AGAIN!!!!! Guys using noodle rods today spent more of their day in tangles than fishing--YOUR CHOICE!!
