08/25/14 Had some short and keeper action early this morning with the change of tide in one of the channels. Kept making the same drift until the tide got too fast and we had to leave the area. Went in search mode to some places we have not been to recently and finally found what we were looking for later in the day. Found more keepers than shorts on the last few drifts. Looks like a nice area of fish that we will be working tomorrow. Jermaine lloyd, South Bound Brook, NJ, took the pool with a 4 pound 4 ounce fish. Tony Salomone, Woodbridge, NJ, led the way with four keepers to go along with plenty of short action. Great weather for tomorrow. See you in the morning.
