The fish did not bite well for us today. Fished several areas with some shorts and a couple handfuls of keepers in the morning while we had a decent drift. Once the current changed and we lost the drift the bite petered out making for a very slow afternoon. Bob Genung, Lake Shawnee, NJ, took the pool with a nice 6 pound 1 ounce fish.
