SECOND DOORMAT OF THE SEASON AND OTHER BIG FISH!!!!!

Had good conditions early this morning to go back to the area we have been fishing lately and were the guys ever happy that we did!! Got in several drifts before we finally lost the drift like we have the past few days. By the time we left to find a drift elsewhere the guys had already put some big fish in the boat. Went to one of our "secret" spots and were able to put almost all quality fish in the boat including our SECOND DOORMAT OF THE SEASON!!! Larry White, Rutherford, NJ, using 15 pound test power pro and a spro rig, hooked and landed a beautiful 11 POUND 7 OUNCE fish which was his largest ever and our largest in several years!!! GREAT FISH LARRY!! Butch Hellwig, Bridgewater, NJ, ended his day with several keepers including 8 pound 5 ounce and 5 pound 4 ounce fish of his own. Joe Carella, Millburn, NJ, had a couple of keepers including a 6 pound 7 ounce fish. Victor Irvin, Pocono Lake, PA, had three keepers also up to 5 pounds 5 ounces. Other quality fish were spread around the boat as well. Its not very often that an 8+ pound fish loses out to an 11+ pound fish but today proved that it CAN happen! See you in the morning.
