The days are just whizzing by, one blending into the other and it is just a little more than 2 weeks until Labor Day. There are a lot of big fluke being caught, but still not enough for all aboard. The past few trips have seen a lot of short action and the pool fish on most trips over 6 lbs. On Tuesday's am trip, Bob took the a.m. pool with a  6.5 pounder and also had a 5.5 pound fluke.  Thursday's pool winners were Nich Picinich in the morning and Tim in the afternoon. Friday morning saw some real nice fishing with Rich landing 3 keepers at 4.5, 5.5 and 7 lbs for the pool winner, beating out Mike Klein, also getting 3 keepers, with a 6.5 and 6 lb. There were several fish 4-5 lbs. The pm pool went to John Nielson, 2 keepers with a 4 lb fluke. This morning Victor had the big one at 6.2 and the pm went to Joe with his 6.4 lb fluke.
