10/26/14: The week started out fantastic! Monday and Tuesday we had many fishermen with limits. The fish were quality size and plenty of them, and then the wind came! We lost the next three days, just when the sea bassing was at its best. Speaking of the best, Robin Dennison of Sabinville, PA won the pool with a nice 3.8-lb trigger fish, and Jerry Farley of Tabernacle, NJ tied with another fishermen (sorry didn't get your name) with a 3-lb sea bass. Also Stan Roach of Monroe, NY won with a 2.5-lb sea bass.

Saturday we went back out to the fishing grounds where we left off on Tuesday and there was a big disappointment. The fish seemed to have scattered out and the big groups of fish were not there. Sunday the wind came up and we cut the trip short with very little success.

We will be sailing this week daily. We hope that the sea bass regroup and we can get another shot at them. The water is still warm enough, if it would just stay calm! Let's see what this week brings and that will determine our future schedule. Sea you at sea.
