Fluke Season is Here

For opening day ,  we had decent weather, flat calm ocean with a nice  .7 kt. drift  and some fog, that did not bother the fluke, because at our  first  drop,  Mike Ostermann from Pa. brought over the rail a 5 lb. 1 oz.  fluke along with other keeper fluke and he also had 17 throwbacks up to 17 1/2 inches..
Rich Eschbach from Yardville N.J. did not want to be outdone, and he also brought over the rail
a 5 lb. 1 oz. fluke,  he also had other keeper fluke and had 19 throw back fluke. It was a tie in the
$$ pool . Other keeper fluke were  also brought  over the rail by the group.. We also had action from cocktail blues  on our drifts.. Over all it was a decent opening day of  fishing..
We leave at 7:30 am and return at 2:30 pm, The weekend weather is looking decent. No reservations required.
See you in the morning...
