This morning, we fished at the south end of Belmar on the beach. We had real good jigging on 8-14 lb blues in the morning and there were plenty of bunkers around. In the mid afternoon,  the stripers started to bite in amongst the bunkers ranging anywhere from 25-35 lbs. Crocodiles and ava 47's worked best for them. The stripers are starting to move in now so if you have been thinking about coming fishing, now is the time! The forecast for this holiday weekend is looking great so come on out.
