We were able to get out on Saturday to give togging a shot. Â We fished from 20 to 30 miles from
Cape May, and found fishing to be very slow. Â The water was cold with 39 degrees as far out as 10
miles and 42-44 degrees from 15-30 miles. Â The best bite seems to be the further you get from the
Delaware Bay as the water flowing out of the bay is quite cold from all the snow runoff. Â We are
planning to try one more time in a different area to see if we can find a better bite. Â If we find that bite,
we'll continue to go on weather windows until the close of the season. Â Stay tuned!
