Weekend Wrap-Up February 20th and 21st

We sailed on both Saturday and Sunday! Tough fishing yesterday due to the weather. A soild wind out of the South with a huge swell out of the Southwest made it difficult to keep your sinker still on the bottom. We did see a few shorts and a few keepers but the bite was off.

Today was the total opposite. Beautiful on the water but the anchoring conditions were terrible today. We had a current from one direction, the swell from another direction and the little bit of wind we had constantly changed all day long.  So it was really tough to stay in one spot. We did pick some fish with high hook having there limit, some 3s, 2s, and 1s but quite a few had a tough day. Pool winner went just under 9lbs today. I think if we could of sat still we would of seen better life!

Check out a few photos of today on our Facebook page!

BACK AT IT NEXT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!  IT WILL BE THE LAST WEEKEND TO CATCH THEM UNTIL IT OPENS BACK UP IN APRIL!

7:30AM-2:30PM!
