Adam La Rosa has some $99 tickets for Saturday's Long Island Canyon Runner Seminar at the Huntington Hilton that he's offering to the active military and veterans at no charge. After that event the Canyon Runner fleet will be fishing commercially for giant tuna out of Morehead City, N.C., and will host the military and vets on those trips just as they did for about 100 last winter. Saltwater Anglers of Bergen County will be holding a Flea Market on March 5th at the American Legion Post # 170 located at 33 West Passaic Street in Rochelle Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Entry fee for adults is $3, and children under 12 will be admitted at no charge.Items for sale will only be fishing or outdoors-related, and prizes will be provided every hour. Only a few tog up to about 8 pounds plus a cod were caught - primarily after the water temperature increased to 39 degrees in the afternoon. The February Big Pool is up to $3,900, and the Ocean Explorer will try to give their anglers another shot at it if the weather straightens out later this week.
