Too say the First 2 1/2 weeks of fishing have been disappointing so far is an under-statement!

We have fished with Fresh Bunker, Clams, Shads you name it only to come up with a handful of fish. The Big Blues made their way into the bay a few days ago. We did have a shot at them but that bite died over the weekend. Read plenty of fish, watched them swim under the boat but they didn't want to bite.

Plenty of Bass way up in the back bays, they should start to filter out after the spawn then we will get our shot. Hoping this week starts the turn around as I have not been a Happy Captain!!

Capt. Dan has had crappy results also on the night trips, so we can't blame it on Boat traffic or too much bait or any other excuse I can think of...When they are ready it will happen. The trollers have done well this season but that's not in the cards for us.  I have said many times over the years "Patience" our turn will come.....Maybe tomorrow!
