Memorial Day Weekend Wrap Up

We had some action on our morning trips this weekend with some keepers and short Fluke coming up.  The afternoons were a little tougher due to the South wind which chilled off the water. Anglers bouncing green or white bucktails seemed to pick out the keepers. There seems to be more and more Fluke moving in everyday. As the water warms up, the bite should only get better.

We picked a few Blues Friday night.  There was quite a few swimming around on top but were tough to catch.  Saturday was tough.  Last night was much better!  We picked at some 6 to 10lb Blues with the pool winner weighing around 17lbs!  It was not great but when you caught one, there were follwers behind the one getting reeled in. Its a start!  Hopefully it will only get better!
