Beautiful day on the water today for the start of our Fluke season. Started out waiting for the change of tide as we had wind against. Still managed to pick some fish with the little drift we had.

Slugged away most of the day with a fast drift, after the change of tide. More keepers than shorts and some beauties at that. Doc landed the first Big fish for the pool at 6 pounds on the money and followed it up with another nice keeper. Couple 5 pounders to Mike, Rich and Gerry.

The big fish of the day and our First Big Pool leader of the season goes to Nate Chudy, Flemington, N.J. with a nice 6 pound 8 ounce Fish.

First limit of the Season honors goes to, Officer Elisa Arnoldy, Hopatcong N.J. with 7 fish for the day...taking out her partner Dean with his own Rod who also had 2 nice fish.  Rich and Jimmy got the dust off with a few nice fish in the cooler today also.

Back at it tomorrow!  CHARTERED SUNDAY MORNING.....
