1000's of NJ Saltwater Fishing Reports, Dozens of Sources, Maps, Wrecks, Historical Search

Today we ran an open boat Sea Bass trip and tried an area closer to home this time. We got out to the grounds and still had a heave left over from yesterday’s blow. The first few drops we drifted over had a pick of keepers and a lot of shorts, so off we went in search of better fishing. We managed to pick and pluck all day at the keeper Sea Bass with a nice mix of keeper Tog(released), some Ling and a few cod and a few Fluke. The boys did manage to get a full boat limit of biscuits (7 man). By day’s end the ocean laid down and it was a beautiful day and plenty of fillet for the table.
