4-30-16 Last day of blackfish today,,bite was pretty dull to start,,few keepers but mostly shorts...Moved around a little and picked fish everywhere we went but never had a great chew going..In the end I would have been happy if all the shorts we caught were keepers but overall not enough to go around for everyone..Few guys had 3or4 keepers and numerous shorts,,,,had a couple of keeper Codfish to,,,a pollock and a nice winter flounder...Tomorrow looks like a wash so stay home,,,,Maybe Monday we shall see but tomorrow we are not gonna fish..Next trip out will probably be ling and codfishing with maybe some striper fishing if they show up..keep tuned!!pics
