The weatherman kept most of the people away but we made both morning trips again today. Despite the forecast it was a nice day to be fishing. On the morning trip we fished a few different areas in Sandy Hook and Raritan bays. When we had a drift we caught some shorts and a few keepers but when we lost the drift we tried a different area. On the afternoon trip we had better drifting conditions in Sandy Hook bay. The results were the same with a pick of shorts with a few keepers.
