OCT 22, 2016 UPDATE

SAILING DAILY, CONDITIONS PERMITTING,  7:30 AM-2:30 PM

On Monday 10/17, we changed over to Striped Bass and our regular schedule 7:30 am-2:30 pm. We only fished on Mon, Tue and Fri. of this week, not making it on the 2 most beautiful days of the month, due to lack of angler participation..  I am second guessing my decision to switch over as there is a good possibility I made a hasty decision. Those many anglers who asked "when will you start striper fishing"  were "no shows" when we made the switch. Both Monday and Tues saw horrible fishing, however, Friday by comparison  was pretty good, boating 2 keepers, 5 bonus fish and action on shorts, but there were only 6 anglers aboard. We are doing a lot of searching and even when we fid the stripers, they are not biting.There are a couple of new pictures in the gallery of Lou and Keith each with a nice bass and Kevin H. with 2 bass. Check back or visit our FB page for the latest updates. Oh, we did not try to sail this morning due to the weather conditions and I think the fleet is at the dock. I will take a wait and see attitude for Sunday.
