Captain's Focus

AM - This morning we had the Lou Pollini charter out. Got to the grounds at first light and ran into some great bird action. The guys had their limit of 28"-43" fish in the box in a matter of minutes. Bounced around the bird life till around 930 when the bite slowed. By that time the guys had managed to land somewhere around 100 bass to 17 lbs, only keeping their legal limit of 6. Made our way back home and found some great readings and put out the mojos, but unfortunately couldn't find any takers and called it an early morning.

PM - This afternoons open boat saw very slow fishing to start the trip. Started local and read some fish, but couldn't get a bite. Took a long ride to where we finished up this morning and found the bait, but no fish anywhere. Finally landed a keeper before the tide died. Made a move and found some bird life and the guys went to work boxing their limit (6) of 28-43" to 14 lbs while releasing another 25 fish.
