Captain's Focus

Very nice first day back for me, felt good to be back at the Helm.

Had to wait it out in the AM with the last of the incoming and change of tide. We did pick a couple fish through the change on Bait. Made a couple moves once the current started to run, finally landing on a little pile of fish. Slugged away the rest of the day with shots of fish then wait till the next shot passed through.

Bill Yurkovic lead the way for his first trip of the season with 7 fish including the pool winner at 33 inches.

Dean from Monroe N.J. had a hot hand landing 5 nice fish also. Capt. Ron Sr. got the winter cobwebs off with 3 fish. Everyone went home with dinner.  Landed a Huge 70lb Black Drum at the end of the day.

Not much in the way of readings or bait, water was very muddy but the temp did reach 55 after the outgoing came through. Back at it tomorrow.

Capt. Dan is back on the night schedule Monday-Saturday 6:30pm till 11:30pm and Sunday afternoons 3:30pm till 9:00pm.

Thanks for checking in!

Capt. Ron
