When Jack Campbell put a 9.2-pound fluke aboard Brian Mackay's boat on Saturday, there was doubt as to if it would be big enough to stand up in the two-day Sandy Hook Bay Anglers Fluke Tournament l As it turned out, that 29-incher was a runaway winner.
