9/5 UPDATE

CHARTERED 8 AM TRIP THURS 9/7  OPEN 1:30 PM TRIP

1/2 DAY PORGIES EVERYDAY  8AM-12:30 PM  &  1:30 PM-6 PM

We are out on our Fluke Marathon Trip this morning, will post results this evening.  Due to weather forecast, we decided not to sail on Sunday's 8 am trip, but went out at 1:30 pm. The ocean was uncomfortable, so after a while we went inside, but not before Kerry got a jumbo porgy that ended up winning the pool. All anglers on board caught fish, though not the buckets of trips past.  On Monday, with the change in wind direction, the waters calmed considerably and we were back in the ocean for both trip and all anglers had porgies to take home, some had a bucketful, some 1/2 bucket and some 10-15 fish. When all anglers aboard bring fish home, I consider it to be a good trip.  Fluke season closes today 9/5. Sea Bass closed 9/1 so we will continue our 1/2 day trips for porgies for the rest of the month. We hope you will join us on our fishing adventures.
