The weather forecast kept most of the people away but we still made our 3/4 day trip for blackfish today. There was wind but not as much as the weatherman called for and it was not that rough. Because of the forecast of wind we fished inshore and the fishing was not good. We tried a few spots and caught some shorts and only a few keepers. There is a picture in the gallery of Ben with his three keeper blackfish. The forecast for tomorrow is for less wind so we will be trying spots further offshore. We will be trying again tomorrow and hopefully it will be better. Don't let the cold scare you. We are 3/4 day fishing everyday for blackfish leaving at 7:30 am and returning between 2:30 and 3 pm. We have green crabs and white crabs on board. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning.
