Normally, a NE wind is the worst thing for anglers -- but bottom fishing is so poor now that the Ocean Explorer from Belmar is looking forward to it tomorrow as it may shake up the present dead fishery. Only a few short blackfish were caught during Saturday's quest for big tog in deeper waters, and most areas were completely dead in Sunday's rain. As a result. that boat won't be fishing until further notice.
