4/30/18:
Saturday was a little (lot) tough with the conditions. Swell from the southeast, no wind, and a hard current from the north made it a hard day for the Captain. We caught a few fish but if the conditions were better we would have done good. Lisa Mastrangelo won the pool with a nice 6-lb blackfish.
Now on Sunday, it was a totally different story, a nice wind made anchoring so much nicer and the boat sat nice over the wreck. We caught some real nice fish and the pool winner was Dennis Haney with a 10+ lber. The pics are on Facebook.
We will not be sailing again until May 15, which is the opening of sea bass. We will be sailing daily so let's look at the marine forecast and pick the best day. See you there!
