Captain's Focus

Had Bill Higgins & Crew from MCCARTER & ENGLISH out with us today for a Charter.....All I can say is "What a difference a day makes!  Finally had decent conditions for a drift all day. The guys slugged away on every drift with Keepers & shorts for some very good action.

Ralph Marra lead the way with 5 nice keepers followed by another fellow with 4 for High hooks. Everyone went home with a Fluke dinner today! Not one jigger among them as it was all bait fishing with some using gulp.....Pink shine was the ticket along with the Fresh Peanut bunker.

I think today had to be the hottest day of the year on the water as the Humidity was unreal. Then again, as Marty Haines used to say.....It's Summer, it's supposed to be Hot! LOL

Open Boat for the Next couple of weeks.....Weekend looks good as any weather should come through after we are back at the dock, especially on Sunday.
